historical information/XBRL
XBRL is an XML-based language for the electronic transmission of business and financial data and is a standardized way to communicate that data. The Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires certain registrants to begin furnishing XBRL files for quarterly reports containing financial statements for fiscal periods ending on or after June 15, 2010.
The XBRL exhibits are displayed in their native XML format and may be imported and viewed using your XBRL viewer of choice.
