When you submit your application it will generate an email with the application information attached. Click on the send button of the email in order to complete the submission of your application. Target response time is 5 business days.
A:Channel Partners and Lead Referrers register opportunities, via a tw telecom sales representative, on an Opportunity Registration Form. The appropriate forms are made available to you once your participation in the program is confirmed.
A: tw telecom is responsible for developing the contract. However, the Channel Partner's participation and feedback is important so that we can continue to refine the program to make it as mutually beneficial as possible.
A: tw telecom will manage installation, customer maintenance, and support responsibilities. However, Channel Partners are expected to remain engaged with the customer throughout the life of the contract, and be involved in all subsequent sales.
Authorized Representatives look to tw telecom to handle the on-going maintenance and support details. However, we encourage the Authorized Representative to serve as the main point of contact for the life of the contract.
