New Diverse Suppliers

• In order to be added to tw telecom’s potential vendor bid list, please complete the Supplier Certification Form in its entirety and submit it to supplierdiversity@twtelecom.com. This is the first step in the process to enable your company to be reviewed by tw telecom.

Existing Suppliers Reporting Tier 2 Spend 

• Refer to the Tier 2 program information to clarify vendor’s responsibility for reporting.
• Refer to the Tier 2 report, download and insert spend information and then submit it to supplierdiversity@twtelecom.com with a copy to denikadwyer@twtelecom.com.

**If a supplier represents itself as a Woman, Minority, Disabled or Veteran Business Enterprise (WMDVBE) and will offer and/or provide products/services to tw telecom in the State of California, the supplier must become (if it is not already) certified through the California Public Utility Commission WMDVBE Clearinghouse.
